These terms govern your use of our website and booking service. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed when we issue confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off and contact details, and flight information where relevant, so we can deliver the service correctly.
All prices are calculated from your specific pickup and drop-off details and shown before you confirm your booking. Bookings are currently taken as a request, with payment arranged directly with our team rather than online. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay, with no additional charges added afterwards except where you request extra services not included in the original booking.
You can request a cancellation or a change to a booking through your account or by contacting us. Requests are reviewed and confirmed by our team, and the outcome is recorded against your booking.
We aim to arrive on time for every booking, but journey times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control.
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to end a journey early in cases of abusive behaviour, and any damage caused to a vehicle may be charged to the passenger.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed connections, except where required by law. Our liability for direct losses arising from our service is limited to the value of the booking in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and the terms in effect at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to that booking.
