Frequently Asked Questions

About This Tour

This product is private transport for a London Eye flight and a Thames cruise. We drive you from your London address to the London Eye on the South Bank and collect you afterwards, either nearby or from the pier where your boat trip ends. Eye and cruise tickets are bought by you from the operators.

The London Eye is at the Riverside Building, County Hall, SE1 7PB, across Westminster Bridge from the Houses of Parliament. A flight takes about 30 minutes in one of 32 capsules. Tickets are sold at londoneye.com, where prices vary by date and time and are lower online than on the day. Fast-track tickets are also available.

The simplest cruise is the London Eye River Cruise, a 40-minute circular trip with live commentary that starts and ends at London Eye Pier, below the wheel. The London Eye sells it on its own or combined with an Eye ticket.

For a one-way trip, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers runs a scheduled river service from London Eye Pier to piers such as Bankside, Tower and Greenwich. City Cruises runs sightseeing boats from Westminster Pier. If you tell us where your boat ends, we can collect you there.

Allow two to four hours in total, depending on queues, how long you spend in the area and where your cruise finishes. Vehicles range from a saloon for three passengers to a van for eight.

Approximate plan for the day

  • Pickup in Central London — Collection from your address or hotel.
  • Drop-off near the London Eye — Drop at the nearest permitted point (Belvedere Road / York Road area, subject to closures).
  • London Eye flight — About 30 minutes in a capsule, plus security and queue time, on your own ticket.
  • Thames cruise — London Eye River Cruise (40 min circular from London Eye Pier) or a one-way Uber Boat / City Cruises trip on your own ticket.
  • Collection — From the South Bank or the pier where your boat ends, then return to your address.

Timings are agreed with you when the booking is confirmed and depend on traffic and your chosen ticket times.

Pickup Information
MisterFare collects the party from their London address and drops them at the nearest permitted stopping point for the London Eye (normally Belvedere Road / York Road area, depending on closures). The party uses tickets they have bought themselves from the London Eye (Eye flight, River Cruise or combined ticket) or from a river operator. MisterFare collects them afterwards at an agreed point (South Bank, or another pier if they take a one-way boat, e.g. Tower Millennium Pier or Greenwich) and returns them to their address. Optional waiting can be quoted. MisterFare sells no tickets and has no arrangement with the London Eye or any boat operator.
